Change Surf server ?

Surf gets boring after u play it for some hours always the same maps almost, and it's hard ot find new 1's to play surf with GG, so pick a choice, what would u like in surf new.

Any sugestions post here i seriously think surf needs a change now.(Yeah ancient i agree with you>.>).

Well....I think surf is cool if you ask me, ^^


But...It would be cool th also have KZ MAPS...

SO make the surf server ....to SURF+KZ SERV? What do you guys think?

If you were to change surf server, change it to a simple surf server where you have challenging maps rather than the GG mod in my opinion. Then again CS was never really intended to play for hours and hours and hours in a row, a phew fun games and you are done normally, thats why the veriaty of servers on nD is great, you can go from surf+GG when it gets boring to deathrun, when that gets boring move on to jailbreak, etc.

I have no idea what kz stands for....BUT KZ is CLIMBING MAPS... u know...climb all the way....and win

KZ maps wouldn't work with the GG mod that is on the server right now.


Kz starnds for Kreedz, who made alot of maps in which the goal is to climb to the end of the map. Because this guy started it everything in this subject is considered kz atm. (for example the climbing area on jb_shawnshank is often refered to as the kz area)

Is it not possible to make the GG stay OFF if its a KZ MAP? But on again when surf?

KZ it's out of question. Indeed the server would get as other i've seen 32 slots only 5 online.

Change surf gugname to surf deathmatch
deathmatch is nice too
But then i ll miss gungame

Uhmm, Surf maps but no guns, you need to surf to the weapon spot
And a deathmatch, so you cant die 5 min per round

I think that would result in endless spawncamping / gunspotcamping

Well... There is a plugin for that.
If u camp longer then 8 seconds you'' be slapped once, if u still do it, more slaps!

its not hard to avoid this plugin from slapping you though, you can still camp a spot while moving around.

I was comming to that
On some servers if u camp, a camp meter is put in the server, je need to 'walk' to lower the camp meter if it reaches a 100% you'll fall asleep
that means that you can see 1 sec, blind 1 sec, see 1 sec, its then impossible to aim

We will stay with surf gungame, cuz it is popular.
Yes i am agree, it can be bored. (I like ski map,i can play with be bored).
Anyway, Jessy try to help me to make the server more fun, you can help us by submit some good maps. Some plugins ..

Well, that was a good idea, but since koy doesnt want changes, nvm..
Koy, why we dont have surf_ski2 ? o.o

Old topic, Surf needs to be re-done as a whole anyway.
