GODDAMN HELL!!!

the beginning of this story was about a week ago. I got this funny idea that I should learn to create maps, FUN maps for zm.

so I looked for answers on this forum and others, downloaded a program called Valve Hammer Editor.. I tried to figure it out of my own at first but it was difficult.. so I browsed the internet for tutorials and found some, but when I tried to follow the tutorials the files that I needed didn't exist, the tutorial said nothing about where to find these files, I searched for answers and downloaded a program that helps u find specific files and extract them from different folders

I was feeling like I was getting somewhere when I first created a space of roof,walls and floor. so I saved the map file.

next day I opened the map file and it didn't look like I saved it. sure there were walls, roof and floor but another color! I figured to hell with that for now and tried playing a little. When I played this map called zm_arabics was run and I was stunned to see that the image of sand was replaced by this other texture of tiles ?! confused at first, I realised that this was excactly what happened to the map file I created!!! I wonder what the fuck i've done wrong to create this hell on myself but I figured, delete everything that has to do with CS, Valve and map making and reinstall the game so everything will be fine..

so after that, I reinstalled CS, Valve Hammer Editor and noticed that files were missing I go like: WTF?! what is this shit?! how come I cant get all the files when I install this fucking game now?! like i've been erasing the existence of those files FOREVER from my computer.. so I defragmentise the whole computer, gets rid of ALL added programs that isnt Basic Windows shitz and reinstalls it.. CS works! BUT NOW IT LAGGS LIKE HELL!!!


so the end of this fucking retarded spammer story is a questions : WHY THE FUCK DO I LAGG?! CAN I DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?!

did you check your rates? always used to make a difference to me but if u didn't change them in the first place i guess it wouldn't matter..

checked for adware and virus's?

what's "rates"? I can't understand how I lag all the sudden when it's been going very smooth before..

I programmed my virus hunter to run every 6:th hour.

try type rate 20000 in console

oh I tried with typing only "rate" first. it was at 2500..

now im trying 20000 rate..

it's fixed!!!! NO MORE LAG! Now I can go back to owning ppls asses on zombie server
