Ok, think about this.

You have a house, it's yours and only yours.
You have friends living there with you free, and in the time you see that you don't like one of them and that you don't want him to live there anymore.

What ever the reason is that you don't want your friend to live in your house with you, you don't need a reason to kick him out of there, since hes living with there for free.

So even that everyone else of the friends living with you don't like your decision they don't have anything else to help the kicked one than to talk to him that is there a way that you could let him move back.

SuvI, I'm sorry to say this but what you just said is 100% bullshit.

This is not neonDragon's house, neonDragon just owns the bricks that built the house. The administration team aswell as moderation team are the ones putting the house together. Therefore neonDragon is not the only one to decide what happends in and outside that house, unless the admins and moderators were paid for helping him build up the house, which they are not.

That is simply what makes up a community, not one dictator and alot of followers, but some kinda weird ripoff of a democracy.
neonDragon cannot simply do whatever he wants because he pays for the servers.

Having said that, if there is proof for these actions, I still think neonDragon did the right thing.



PS: Just want to say one more thing regarding 'questions'.
Asking a question is not an innocent thing to do most of the times.
lets take this question as an example, a girl speaks on the mic and someone asks 'are you really a girl?'. This might look like a somewhat innocent question, but by asking that you are implying that there is a possibility that she isn't, and therefore indirectly accusing her of possibly faking her gender.

today i saw someone asked luna if she was a boy and then called her a gay .... he didnt got a ban or anything ? and ive seen many ask sarah if she really is a girl ... so i dont see the reason why only kami is the 1 so get banned for it ? ...

Then you should re-read the topic, because it quite clearly says that kami was asked several times to stop his bahaviour and he didn't.
The others most likely simply got warned and stopped like they should, yet kami just kept on going.

there have been members in the community who did fake their persons.

agree. Everyday some ppl asks me if im a boy or a gay or why i laugh like a gay or dunno... I warn them (when the call me gay) but when they ask me if im a boy i dont ban him or kick him not even warn him. I just say yes or no. Sometimes i say im a boy when the annoy like hell.
