when we say

simon says make a nice thight line in the middle of the cage

we can Kill the Ts who arent standing shoulder to shoulder then right? because lots of Ts whine when i do this.

when they did this command and the arent standing shoulder to shoulder.. who of the Ts can i kill then?

so u commanded simon says. u counted down perhaps 2 times. repeated ur command. then there has been enough time to make the line like it should be.
+ there are spaces which the t on the "top" could fill. these 3 circled are not following ur simon says command.

and what if they made 2 lines of the same amount of people? O.o

then tell them by name to move. o.o or dont care about it. how many poeple should stand in 2 lines then. there isnt enough space in the middle of cages to make 2 lines of 10 poeple. ^^

Usually when I play T and the command is simon says make the line tigher i just wait for the person infront of me to move, and rarely move infront of him to the rest of the people. So sometimes people wait for the others infront of them to move so they can make the line tigher. But if they still aren't making it you can indeed kill them.

Also keep in mind that it actually has to be possible, with 23 Ts it's often not possible to make one straight line inside the cage. Either you say something like two lines then, or you just say "make a line" so it can be a messy line as well.
