- Experience Level (including any previous admin work) :been admin for 3 days on a superhero server,shut down now,also had nD Vip for around 6 months in total. I know how the member menu works and the commands on it,and how to use them.
- Average amount of time on our servers per day :at least 2 hours per day,average 3-4,sometimes as much as 6-8 hours per day if everything is working well and its fun
- Approximately, when did you start playing on our servers?around 3, maybe 4 years ago
- Do you have a working mic?Yes i have a working mic and (in my opinion) i am a succesfull commander.

For everyone who reads this,hello . my name is michael,and as i said i am 13 years old.i am currently still in secondary education,in my second year.im not going to say which school i attend for my saftey reasons.in my spare time i like to play sports,i love football,but i often play indoor/outdoor hockey. im pretty rubbish at football but i was my schools hockey-team captain.
i live with my parents,my brother and my sister in a regular house.i like rock music,and a little rap.i preffer bands like paramore, the fall of troy,enter shikari and Biffy Clyro.Although they are emo-ish music types,im certainly not emo.im a very friendly person who is always in a good mood unless someone provokes me ,or just generally pi*ses me off.I am usually trying to be friendly to everyone,but some people just dont like me for no particular reason (not listing names,but they will probably make as many negative comments as possible)i try to just ignore most people like that and get on as if they weren't their.

I started playing NeonDragon a few years back,im not sure exactly when but whatever.i started playing on the zombie night server (i dont know if ancient or samstein remember me from back then?) where i first learned about neondragon. i didnt focus much on the forums,and have only signed up in the last month. i only started looking at them when i first bought vip with my mums paypal account ^^.i had a big break from cs for about 5 months,and when i came back i joined the forums and have been contributing to them as well as i can.

when a new player comes to the jailbreak server ,joins ct,and starts shooting at everyone they see,but dont quit after they have been teamkilled,i take this as they are new,and tell them to type /rules,rather than spam 'OMG FK KICK HIM BAN HIM!!!!',and after give them help as a ct or ask them to join t untill they are familiar with the rules, like me .i try and help them understand the common games people play (simon says,last reaction) and try and teach them some basic tricks of the trade .what gets me angry the most is when i accidentaly freekill one of my friends,and some people randomley spam FK SLAY YOURSELF!.whenever i accidentally freekill someone i always ask them and ONLY them if they want me to slay myself,and always do what they ask.i am sometimes quite immature,but i always become serious when i am provoked too.When some people start fighting,i usally try and break it up with simple 'cmon,just drop it,dont bitch' sayings, and usally it works.

the reason i would like to join nD is to be a bigger part of the community,and help keep order on the servers i am on.I know i am only 13 years old, and more than 2 months away from my birthday,so i am a good 3 years from the asking age of a member,but i wanted to try my chances at an application while they were still active.

i dont like making ban reports unless i have to,and i havent made a lot in total.another successful ban is another player we have lost from our community,so i usally try to ask people to stop,and try to explain what they are doing wrong before i take any actions.most people have no idea that what they are doing is wrong.but some people dont stop and continue doing it,and thats when i take action.i wait for this long because i have no power as it is,and the only thing i can do is make a ban report,and that is my last resort.
i take a demo and report all hackers i see,because they are ruining a perfectly fun and fair server.
i presonally hate basebuilder abusers,and even when they are told the rules continue to spawn block /aircamp.

I hope that i do get accepted,but if not, its for a good reason.

Im going to write some of my own cons to show im not ignorant of the facts that make me faulty.

He is a pretty good commander, very active and know the rules.

It's like Spx, we should consider his app.
The question is, do you think you can handle this job?!

Conclusion:
You're a good guy and I like your views on things as you described in your application. However, you age is playing a significant role for me, and I'm unsure if you are up for the job. For now I'm between no and maybe, so keep up the good job. Good luck!

well i am mature when i need to be,and if i had a chance to handle the job im 90% sure i would do well.
as for everyone else thanks for the friendly comments.

Very active.

Know how to command.
Friendly player, havent seen you doing much bad stuff.

The only negative I can see is the age.

When other Ct's want to say theire opinion you always ignore them or say "Shut (the fuck) up".

well i appriciate the comments but please dont tell lies.i always like other people commanding,i dont want other people to see me as someone who only commands.at the start of a round unless eevryone is failing i ask if anyone wants to command.if nobody takes command i will.whenever someoen is spamming the mic when i am commanding i tell them to shut up,i can confirm that i have NEVER told someone to shut the fuck up over the mic.my room is right next to my houses living room and my mum doesnt like me swearing.as embarrising as it is i cant explain lavadays when she is around becaus ei have to shout piss.as for very annoying i understand what u mean,but steam chat has nothing to do with in game.i was pretty drunk from a party and started sending sultan lots of crappy internet jokes in steam chat. and as i said myself i can be childish occasionally.as for selfish i have no clue what you mean,but if you could explain i could probably proove why you are wrong.now im not wanting to spam this topic up,so please only relevent posts

Its hard to decide becuz your doing well on the server and if you wear 3 years older.. it was a YES.. so im like quick a maybe..

- Youre age(although you are as old as me.)

@Coffee, Sps: I didnt say he said Shut the fuck up. I did that between ( ) so he might said it. And in the begin of every round u ask if anybody wants to command. But thats not what I meant.

What I did meant was whén you are commanding and a CT wants to say something through the mic even if its important you tell them often to shut up because you are commanding on that time. I don't say thats wrong and you have the right to command but you don't need to tell them so shut up you can also ask it nicely. And thats what I meant by being selfish also.

Not only for saying shut up but you cán be very harsh to people.

You seems like a good guy, nice accent and good commander. Even if the age is a minus I think you would fit as a member.
