- Experience Level: Well, I have been admin on a jailbreak server before it was a gaming community, I don't remember the name anymore. The community was going pretty bad and downhill, so it shutted down. I once tried to start my own community, I just came to the point where the server was almost finished. After that I stopped, because of some issues, but I still followed it up. Overall, I think I got a pretty good experience and I'm willing to learn more.

- Average amount of time on our servers per day: Depending on the days, work, weather, but usually 4-5 hours, weekends up to 9 hours.

- Approximately, when did you start playing on our servers? I started to play on your server around one year ago, but back then I had the name Snilek and I wasn't on the neonDragon forum, then I stopped playing Counter-Strike 1.6 for a while and started again (with the name SpS' and on your servers). I think I played for like four months on the neonDragon servers by now.

- Do you have a working mic? Yes, I got a working mic, some of you have already heard me commanding, I'm ready to command anytime.

My name is Martin I live in a very rich country called Norway, one popular dish in Norway is called Fårikål its cooked salad and lamb. The capital in Norway is Oslo, where half of the Norwegian population lives. Norway was a very feared land in the Viking time, and many Vikings from Norway sailed to the Mafia island Sicillia, and 90% of the population there comes from the Norwegian vikings. Back to me, I like to play football/soccer and I do it alot in my sparetime. I got a lovely girlfriend also, I'm working in a shop. I like to be up late, don't really like school, but I'm doing great there! I am known irl and on the servers for being very calm and thats true I never get really mad for something. And I also like to help people out and i think thats a requirment! So thats all you need to know about me! Enjoy

After working a few days with you on some stuff, I really know you're up for this job and I'd like to see you in our jail team! He's a nice guy, doesn't rage as far as I know, helps people, etc. Too bad that you're 15 with the current restriction we got, but I think they should make a exception on it for you.

well sultan although you are trying to kick dirt on everyones application,the Negatives you have wrote about sps couldnt possibley be more crap.Cant handle pressure?ANYONE can handle pressure.Age ok,hes a few months short,but you said he act's childish/immature SOMETIMES,and not extremely occasionally,like everyone does.

im not turning this into a flame war,so when you read this,dont comment with stupid things,but just read it and take it in.im not going to respond to anything you say on the matter of this subject.

This is what i've noticed from him ok? It's not that I make it up and I tell the truth in every application I responds to. And by can't handeling pressure is for example; if people are delaying too much or if the ct's are keep getting in his way/aim he gets pissed of quite fast.

FYI, that's called "being impatient". Not being able to handle the pressure would involve him being spammed to by the whole server, players wanting him to (example) slay someone when he didn't see what happened and more than 1 rule breaker at the same time.

Anyway, let's not get into arguments shall we?

Acts childish, yeah everyone got some times when they do that, but you got this on Cons so that means im childish often? Cant understand that.
Can't handle pressure, I think you have misunderstood this one? As far as i can remember i never really get pissed, maybe this was a comment to my commanding last night? But i never got pissed then? Just because im getting tired of repeating everthing like 20 times because my mic is broken doesnt mean im pissed ^^
