VIP Contest: Create a Sliderace Map

Hello,
after our last VIP contest we decided that the next one will be about creating a sliderace map. We started the sliderace server now few days ago, and to make it even more popular, we need your mapping help - and as a reward the best submission will get 1 month VIP for free.

So show us your mapping skills, and make the Sliderace server even better!


Notes:
- See this topic for informations about the creation of Sliderace maps

- Include our logo inside the map

- Submit your map at the appropriate forum section: http://neondragon.forumotion.co.uk/cs6-sliderace-maps-f82/

- Only answer in this topic if you have questions concerning the VIP contest

Would try to do 1 but i don't understand actually anything about trigger_push... and name walls ?

It's a requirement for the contest.. if u want to be a contestant you have to meet the requirements

Well trigger_push is an entity used to push a player into a specific direction. There are some informations about it available on the web, which you can find after some google research. And "Wall" is the name you have to give your entities used as obstacle.

The reason why this logo should be included in maps for nD is, that we want to have a standardised logo on everything nD related, and after the previous VIP contest we have one that can be used.

You can submit as many maps as you like.

It is a nD map, it advertises for nD and me whats wrong with it?

No. Else il not make the map if i dont get to have my part in the agreement and seeing as the map im making is the most famous sr map on cs:s i dont see why there not letting me go without it, if you really wanted the server to have more maps let me do my stuff how i like..

Go ahead and make maps the way you like for the server if you want, but if you want to enter a competition then u have to stick to competition regulations, welcome to the world.

-2, Does he get paid for this? Seeing a vip not really as something that is not actually worth any money at all.

KoD when you see the map im making i gaurntee it will take everyone a couple of hours on the map to be able to get close to the end (practice) maybe only Xalus could finish it since he played it on CS:S and thats rated the best Sliderace map for CS:S So if you dont want a map which got the server created (Xalus got idea from that map) Rated the best map for SR in CS:S and would last players long. Reconsider what you said..

You might want to start using interpuntion in your texts that are longer than one sentence, because I don't understand shit of what you wrote there.

We got three map submission in there which meet all the conditions

The VIP contest will be extended for one week for possible further submissions.

Soon 2 weeks from the friday 16th, anything new?
