noone ever said someone was a belgium, 'a Belgium' was never mentioned anywhere in this topic, so I still don't get what you are trying to say..

btw, if you quote someone, the reason for quoting is to show that you are replying to the thing you quote, and not the the original post.

1. Quote's can be used to react on, or else to help to proof your point or help you with making statement or something like that. Quote's aren't always used to reply on.
2. That is the joke, Marksel. To show to something that you have absolutely no interest in something, that something is not important at all or that no one knows the thing you are talking about (all as a joke of course). You use then "a" in front of the word you are referring to, so that means you don't know what it is (doen't matter if it makes sense or not). Just like a foreigner who doesn't know the language that well want to know what a certain word means (the foreigner doesn't know if it's a verb, adjective or maybe a noun). That's the joke.
So I wanted to make clear I "discriminate" Belgians too with a simple joke...
