First he spawnbugged and got killed (nothing wrong here yet):

Facts noticed : Repeative spawnbug abuse, I beleive he already is on strike 2.

I know this is simply a bug, but abusing it is not something you should do, especially if you kill CT's while doing so.
Because he spawnbugged twice in one round, and went straight for killing as soon as he did (he did also try to kill a CT on his first spawnbug but failed), it's pretty obvious that he knows what he's doing, which is abusing bugs.

Yup abuse of spawnbug would get him a strike
