Server spot bug?

Hello,

I've seen this many times now, but I'd like to get a answer on it. I've added a video, down here, where it shows that the spots of the server is 31/32 (there's 1 spot free), then you click connect and it says "server is full". If you try it again, the spots still show 31/32 it gives the same error again.

The video isn't the best quality ever, but it atleast shows what happens, try running it in "480p" mode (it's better if you click on the video, so you get on the youtube site). Anyway, I'd like to get a answer on what this means, because I've seen it since 32 slots were made?

It have always been like this, just wait until it says 30/32 and you can go in again.

Yeah it happens some times but its the server not you so nothing to worry about

This happends when someone was in the server, the server mapchanges, someone has to download and the download freezes for any reason. They save the spot for this person that is downloading, but as the download freezes, it takes 30min-1hour before the server finally opens up the spot.
