First 1 minute before the map changed from 1 map to this he started saying Fuck you, and such, i asked him to mind he's language and he said : fuck you too xelef.
Then the map changed, and after the map loaded he started saying: Fuck your family noob and i asked him again if he would watch he's language and he responded yet again with Fuck you too xelef.

That's not much a strike worth in my opinion. A kick should calm that person down. Some people just get crazy once a while. If you have better proof like hard insulting (e.g racism), then you can post it again.
