You should have made a demo and some screenshots of his Steam-ID and post it at Jail[Bans] instead spamming this topic because it's not a question about a rule, the jailbreak mod in general or something like this at all.

But anyways, I always start making demos if they only say "simon says im simon" at cell day, doesn't matter if they abort it because the other CT's tell him, just make a demo and report him, don't think that he killed 10 terrorists like u said in 10 seconds...

i guess that the members should do something, otherwise just be regulars
next time even if a member does something, please take proofs because you can add something to the report

its not your job to keep the servers clean, thats why i think the members ingame should have done something oO
but, if you see a rule breacker and you have the chance to take screenshot and/or demo please do it because it might be very helpful

All members have read and agreed to the Jailbreak rules in nD private section so by that they should be aware of all the rules there and should be able to act on this kind of stuff, so they are to blame if they didnt do anything.

Sure you have a point, but jail rules gets updated often. I don't think certain updates are included in the guide. I'm not sure how nD meetings work nowadays; does all members get invited? I remember back then it was only nD jail members who get invited to those meetings mostly.

Anyway, for future references, just take note of which members are in server and not doing their job.
