please tell me

if i kill a cT that has low hp not umperpes, it is considered a team kill ? yes or no .... because i did this ting two times in a row today ... ....and is not the first time i do this

Why would you attack a fellow CT anyway... I'd say yes, it's a teamkill.

wow quick sory i didn't explain what happened... a ct wz shooting a terrorist and i tried to help him. The ct had low hp and i killed him. it is that a team kill ? ... that is what i am trying to say .. i didn't want to kill the cT

In that case, no (due to it being an accident).
But do try to watch your aim.

Its a teamkill in any cases, since you killed your team [ Sherlock in the house ]

but if its an accident, dont worry about it but watch ur aim next time

teamkill is teamkill, even teamatck is not always allowed
