Regarding Ghosting

Q: What is ghosting?

A: It is when you (already dead) tell players (who are alive) the location and/or HP of other alive players.

In addition to that, I would also like to extend AND clarify this concept.

NO sarcastic remarks and hints are to be given

Q: What do you mean by sarcastic remarks?

A: "He is NOT in pool." That is ghosting on several levels. A player may be situated on the way to the pool, hence you gave a hint of where a player is located. Another reason, the player may, in actuality, be IN the pool; hence you had just ghosted. If the player is, indeed, NOT in the pool, then you also had ghosted. Why? That is because you gave a hint that he is not in pool and somewhere else.
The question, "Is vent allowed for CTs?" during Hide and Seek (remember, HnS is when CT can enter vent, cage, and pool without consequences) is ghosting, as it is a hint to other Ts of where the CT is. If you are unsure and a member/admin is on the team dead; just direct the question to him/her in team chat.

So, to sum up, the easiest way to avoid ghosting is to NOT type anything related to locations or player information.

CT and T are battling (whether it is shot for shot, knife, or the like) and the T cheats (this could be picking up a gun and killing the CT or etc) to kill CT.
The dead CTs and Ts may not say ANYTHING regarding it whatsoever. Why is that!? T cheated, T should die for it! WRONG It is the CTs fault for not paying attention to last request while it is going on. Any form of telling CTs that the T had cheated is GHOSTING. CTs who act on it and had not seen the T cheating, performed a freekill.

It uses to happen few times. Annoying for regulars and for members.

HnS Day:
As Hanyuu said, when a dead guy says "CT in vent/pool/cage", the alive Terrorists can know that CT is in the vent/pool/cage and they can move from there. When people "ghost" thus they give a hint...

There are similar cases which the selected CT (selected by the T to play LR) dies because the T cheated. Then, that CT begins to say via chat to his/her team "He/She cheated!", "Kill him/her!", etc. That's ghosting too because if the alive CTs didn't see anything it's their fault. A dead Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist can't say ANYTHING about the current game. It does not matter if you died at the round's start or if you were the penultimate CT to die.

What about CT's going to the vent / in the pool when it's NOT a HnS?
Is it ok to tell the members that someone ignores the rules or should we as well be quiet about it (It's not a sarcastic question, as it may sound!) ?

on HnS when im alive and hide i always look on radar and tell CT's to check spots where T's are , so they die ...

Ofcourse it's alright to tell us. But remember that we need to see something with our own eyes before we can act.

When it is NOT HnS, you can tell the members -- as it is a form of rule breaking. CTs, under no circumstances, (except for HnS and the chosen CT for last request) are to enter pool, vent, and cage [since it is prohibited]. Also, as Quicksilver stated, we will need to see it with our own eyes as well.
