I don't see you on the strike list, you have a chance you will be unbanned but its not up to me

If an admin banned you permanently it stay permanently. Admins won't ban you for no reason and especialy not for blocking.

mE? 42 STEAM_0:1:18354172 - blocking and insulting <-- ur on strike 1 on the admin strike list. and its long time since we used that strikelist. So ban must have been fked 3 times since then so i think ur unbanned.
