there is 1 soloution to fix this. Delete everything in ur cs folder exept Steam.exe (looks like steam logo) and steamApps. everything else than those 2 and all problems about steam is fixed. restart ur computer after this is done else it wont work. gl
Aswell if u have a custom spray or anything custom willl be reset. Binds, sprays, keys, everything. its like getting a new cs

don,t delete anything

- in my eye,s 1 good solution

restart cs 1.6 and join the server again, its just a small bug wich can happen in time no big deal.
