GFX card / fps down Empty GFX card / fps down

I updated my Geforce 7300 GS two days ago and my FPS decrease from 100 to 50-60 fps.
I found the vert syn and tryed to turn it off through steam exe but that didnt work.

So I was wondering if you people got any sulution?

i can help you magnus
First of all you have to write this in console:
fps_max 101
fps_modem 101

Then do this thing: Start/Control Panel/Nvidia Control Panel/3d Settings/Adjust Image settings with preview/Take me there/Program settings/Half Life/Vertical Sync si selectezi Force off ,and Antialiasing - None ;

Tell me if this works!

Does your counter strike settings still have the correct launchoptions?
