In that case you should ask parents and get allowd.

Im NOT against the phone thing. I only said paypal is just as comfortable.
But yes you said you dont have a card, and thats fine, but I think you dont got card for a reason.
Such as paying things over the net.

For those who got card but are affraid of use it over the net, this could be a good thing to have.
