Access to ndmenu

Are we supposed to have access when we type "ndmenu" as a non-member/admin?
I tried to kick/slay someone (with permission of said person) to see if it also actually worked, but it didn't(thank god!).

Every1 will have a menu when they type 'ndmenu' in console. They only see the VIP menu. Not the member menu.

This is as designed. Without VIP/nD* Team, ndmenu just lets you view our other servers (which you can do by saying /server anyway), or view VIP features. As you found out, you can't use them without buying VIP. It tells you that you are a not a VIP, and to sign up here.

Ah, ok. The reason I asked is because I've never gotten to see the menu before when I typed 'ndmenu'.
