Yeah well the demo is quite poor, there isn't enough there to result in a ban. I would of banned you in server if i was 100% certain, i just posted the demo because like i said it was "interesting".

Fact is the you have one of the worst reputations in the nD servers, you seem to enjoy ruining anyone else's time in server, you even admit it.

And considering your age, which is close to mine you should know better!

About one month ago i played with him on CS2 and he was spammed with music. I said that i recorded him and 10 seconds later he left the game.
I really had to laugh because he was so scared...

Anyway, as for the wallhack or not: it's hard to judge and that probably means it's not wallhack. Cisco's age hints that he should know better, and if he did cheat (not saying that you did), I believe he from now on will know better
