bat file scripter please (pinger)

I was wondering if anyone could write me out a command which does something like this:

It gives me the I.P of any website if i type the name in
When i use it admins cant find out im using cmd
When i put ip in on address bar it takes me to that website
It is a pinger also

If someone can make this can you give me the command text out of notepad so i can copy paste and save as .bat
