Haven't seen you much either. About the age: there are alot of nD members around 15-17, I don't see how he would be too yougn. Physical age doesn't matter what so ever as long as they act adult and know what they are doing.. you don't have to live 30 years to act like a 30 year old.

It clearly says we dont recruit anyone for Jail.
