K9 - Banned for no reason?

The T's were having a freeday so I was playing with the go-karts, some guy got to close so I killed him? Then everyone started whining that I freekilled him.

give warn shot on floor or say on mic "stay back" or somthing

This guy should get an perm ban or atleast an longer temp, seeing that i have kicked him multiple times for Freekilling and it happend again now.

You havnt kicked me multiple tims for freekilling darkness, you have kicked me multiple times so that your friend could join CT (I mean, can I really freekill when I havnt even left the CT spawn on the first round after a map change)

And yes, if im on low HP and some guy is within knifing range I will shoot him, you all would have done the same. He was way to close.

And I wasnt given a time ban? from what I read Ive been perm banned:
You have been banned and kicked

if you get banned for 5 minutes you have the same message

Also, im happy to justify all my actions, give situations and Ill tell you why I was in the right.

Also, im not saying I havnt been perfect I have accidently freekilled and TK'ed but I never do it on purpose.

i sew u do masiv freekill when i was on server then stop lie ...
next time i see u do freekill teamkill or somthing alse even its in 10 sec last

1.I kicked you then because you did freekill alot and i didnt want you on CT anymore, be happy i didnt ban you that time.

2.I never kick people to make places for friends, i only kick them when they deserve it stop talking nonsence.
