We use a thing called "strike list", if ur insulting and sush you get 1~2 strike(s) depends how the situation was, and the insults.. Cheaters get's instant perm ban, 3 strikes= perm ban

the page part is on what page the strike was reported in the strike list topic in nD private, so you can check what he actually did.

We (members + admins) have gotten a list called the strike-list, every member who bans someone needs to post it in there. A maximum of strike 3 is possible to get, if you reach 3 you'll be permbanned. The page stands for in which page it has been posted, so we can look it up more easy. I hope I explained it good enough for you..
