I must admit that I have said simular things as joke, like to kami after he wallhacks and aimbots me to death again I often say 'damned u germans ' or something like that.

I don't know the context on this one, could of been meant offensively, could of been meant as a joke to a friend of his. Even if meant offensively, if this is single happening then I don't see a big problem, as long as he doesn't go further than this in the harassment.

Just 1 question, these screenshot is pretty old isnt it ? I see some names in "status screenshot" decades ago.. (Yees im in it)

I don't really think it's worth a strike either, at must he would probably be warned to not say it again.

However, keep an eye out for this guy as he may do it again --> build up on the proofs.
