3 days over, WHERE IS MY VIPS!!!!!

last time i bought vip and i wait 10 DAYS!!! until NeonDragon activated it........ty neon...
and 25.08.2010 i bought 2 VIPS again for me and my friend from Espana
today is 28.08.2010 - 3 days over NO VIP for me and my friend also haven't VIP yet.
Item# vip , VIP Option: 1 month , Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:32294600 10.00 EUR
Item# vip , VIP Option: 3 months , Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:3336741 25.00 EUR
pay via PayPal from my MasterCard.
No good.
