Requirments for VIP

Hey people,
I have a question, im intrested of trying this VIP, maybe after the holiday, but the problem is, that I got two strikes on neondragon, is it then allowed to phursase VIP ? Or its like member-system to have strike 0 and same thing with VIP too? Or it doesnt matter?

It shouldn't matter, since other people with 2 strikes has gotten VIP in the past.

No I wont I´ve learnt me a lot, and my strikes is old
