Purchased VIP and have NeonDragon on Steam

Hey everyone when I just bought VIP as I got my friend to do it.
What do I need to say to NeonDragon?

If you bought ViP you must tell us your Steam ID I think that's all. Admins will see if you really bought ViP

ok so all I say is here is my steam ID then they check if I paid by it?
I got my friend to pay for me but I cant remember his paypal email but I know his name.

Ye, your Steam ID and then Admins will check. But if your friend paid... that could be problem if you don't know his paypal. Anyway, wait for Admins

he came to my house but he didnt want me having his email as it is his "business email" so I cant spam emails 2 him 24/7
