Question about vote kick/vote ban!

Hi!
I have bought a VIP status on the servers. I have been admin on 3 other servers b4 (Kermit the Fr@g knows me very well as we have known each other for years) I have always been used to report in if I had to kick or ban anyone... is that the same here on NeonDragon?

I was used to report steam_id and the reason why kick and ban. If ban was because of cheat I also has been used to demo the person and send the demo to an admin the same if it was very abusive behaviour.

I have always been told that i was a very friendly, patient and fair admin so it's not that I'm gonna use those possibilities unless nothing else is to do. I just wanna do everything correctly from the start.

Anout the reportment, it would be wise to report if you temp ban anyone. We dont care so much about the kicks. Since it isnt a big deal. However, if the person repeatedly does the same thing and you find annoying. You can always temp it, and report to us if you think he deserves more than a temp ban.

I've already been given my VIP status ... it was given to me yesterday and I payed the day b4 yesterday so it went fast .

So if I have to ban someone I report it in the Ban section or should I report to a paticular admin?

I don't wanna sound like someone who loves to ban people because normally it has happend perhaps 10 times a year and all except one has been cheaters. Mostly I'm very good at talking to people and as I typed b4 I am a very patient person and not a youngster anymore with my 46 years .
